The Steenbeck 35mm 01-Series flatbed film editing tables is the successor of the 00-Series since 1979.
Since that time the type numbers remain the same however a lot of technical updates
have been made since.  Many people are involved in film editing and post production for
decades and this 01-Series film table became a part of their life.

Now the Steenbeck 01-Series is mainly used for film conservation in film archives all over the world
and became through all these years an icoon being a reliable, solid and cost effective piece of equipment.
This 35mm Steenbeck 01-Series will be still available for the next years.

Compact sized film tables up to 600 meter / 2000 feet film material:
ST3511     35mm - 2 plate with COMOPT sound mono.
ST1401     35mm - 4 plate with COMOPT sound mono / 1 track SEPMAG sound 17,5 / 35mm mono.
ST401       35mm - 4 plate with COMOPT sound mono / 1 track SEPMAG sound 17,5 / 35mm mono.

Large sized film tables up to 600 meter / 2000 feet film material.
ST701       35mm - 6 plate with COMOPT sound mono / 2 track SEPMAG sound mono / picture - sound shift system.
ST721       35mm - 2 picture - 8 plate*) with COMOPT sound (1x) mono  / 2 track SEPMAG sound mono

The ST721 can also be built with 4 or 6 film plates, depending on use of film table.

Most common options:
-Cinemascope.
-Stereo SEPMAG sound.
-Balanced audio output.
-Seperate optical sound reader for sound negatives (mono).
-Video adapter system for digitalizing films.
